We would like you to consider Tye One J Rentals as the place to come for ideas, advice, and assistance. Please think of us for tables and chairs, tents, most any item to create a special party, wedding or business meeting. Most items are on display in our showroom.
Tye One J Rental Policies
These policies are necessary so that we may continue to provide you the type of service you expect and deserve. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We are happy to provide complete service for your event. This includes delivery, pickup, set-up and take down. Please make these arrangements at time of reservation.
Delivery and pickup will be ground level only. There is an additional charge for upstairs, downstairs,
out-back, elevators or hills.
When delivery or pickup is required on a Sunday, holiday, early morning or late evening, we will make every effort to accommodate the customer’s request at an appropriate charge.
Responsibility for the equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use, and protected from the weather.
Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked ready for pickup. All items should be assembled in a single location ready for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
We are very thorough in our inventory of equipment. Nevertheless, we request that you count your order upon taking possession, since you are accepting the count on the contract, and you will be charged for any missing, broken, or damaged items upon return.
The Customer agrees to pay additional charge if equipment is not available at prearranged pickup time.
Refund Policy for Party Rental:
The customer is allowed two weeks in advance of the rental date to cancel or decrease the amount of the order. If notice is given at least two weeks (14 days) in advance, the full amount of the rental is refunded. Anything less than two weeks (14 days) notice will constitute the customer paying for the full order.
Pop-up Camper Rental Policy:
All camper rentals require a $200 non-refundable deposit which must be paid at time of reservation.
Reservations inside of the two-week window will need to be paid in full and will also be non-refundable.
