2022 Camper Rental Policy

Tye One J Camper Rental Policies
These policies are necessary so that we may continue to provide you the type of service you expect and deserve. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Renters are required to leave Campers in much the same condition as when they arrived. Campers left in poor condition may result in additional cleaning charges. No pet(s) or smoking is permitted.

We are very thorough in our inventory of the contents provided within each of our 32 Campers. Nevertheless, we request that you be aware of the kitchen items that have been provided for you and the personal cooking items that you may have brought with you. Please understand that you may be charged for any missing, broken, or damaged items after the sanitation crew has completed an assessment of the condition of the Camper  & the provided items inventory immediately following your reservation.

Our campers come fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and second refrigerator in the outside kitchenette. (some 19′ campers do not come with the additional mini-fridge however, we have additional mini-fridges available for rent), radio, pillows, awning and ground mat for under the awning ground area. The 28′ campers also come with a TV and either a BBQ grill or a flat Griddle with cooking utensils in the outside kitchenette.  Sheet/linen sizes are as follows; 19′ campers: 1 Q-size bed, 2 Twin size bunk beds. 28′ campers: 1 Q-size bed, 4 Twin size bunks as well as Full size sheets for the Dinette that folds down to more sleep space.

Camper Reservation:

When you reserve your desired camper size with us, we mail you an additional copy of the Camper Rental Agreement with the credit card slip from the payment of the $200 deposit for you to sign and send back to us.  (Please be aware that the Rental Agreement has important information regarding your rental on the back of the Rental Agreement signature page.)

The Camper Rental Agreement will have the contact information for the Camper Delivery Supervisor; Larry.
Larry will also contact you the day before your arrival and/or delivery date to verify your reservation site/lot number and to get your estimated time of arrival.

  • Campsite Reservations at Ludington State Park do have the rule requiring the customer to Check-In to the Campground prior to the delivery of any rented Camper.

Camper Rental Policy:
All camper rentals require a $200 non-refundable deposit which must be paid at time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total rental amount. Although this deposit is not refundable your reservation can be changed to either an earlier or even a later date at no additional charge should that be necessary due to the availability of your campsite or lot.

Reservations inside of the 30 day window prior to customer arrival will need to be paid in full and will also be non-refundable if cancelled. In the event we are able to rent the camper you had cancelled, a refund of your rental fee (minus the $200 deposit) can be arranged if you are able to give us notice within the 30 day timeframe of your reservation.
